Skill/Content and Objective: Identify the missing number
Materials - number cards 1-100
Description: Have one child turn over or cover up 5 numbers and the other child has to guess which numbers are missing.
Differentiation: You may choose more or less numbers to cover up at time to change the level of difficulty. Also, if students are not to 100 you may take away number to fit the needs of the students.
Assessment:
Formative - As you walk to the station, students should be pointing to the numbers and counting until they reach the number that missing. Questions...Are you sure you found the missing number? How do you know?
Summative - Turn over 2 numbers and have the student to identify the number. Record any difficulties.
